Paralogic are a real life saver. I have a permanently damaged bladder that requires me to self catheter four times daily. It looked like I was facing a huge financial problem until I found out about Paralogic. All I can say is great service, great prices and excellent products.

It was Monday just after 9am I placed my order. I went with express and the order arrived the following day around lunchtime. Very pleased with the delivery time, when you consider it was dispatched in Sydney and the final destination being Brisbane.
I have been with Paralogic for some time now and no doubt ongoing. I'd like to thank the team who pick up the phone, always well mannered, cheerful and help the process along very conveniently and always super friendly. If I knew people that used catheters, I would genuinely point them in your direction.

Before I was introduced to self-catheterisation by my medical team, my MS had reduced my life to a fraction of what it was before I was diagnosed. I rarely went out, and even when I did, I did not venture far or for long - such was my fear of my incontinence, and the short amount of time that I had to find a toilet when my brain told me I ‘had to go’. Well, thanks to self-catheterisation, and the Actreen Hi-Lite, I can now leave home at about 10:30am, knowing that I have 4-6 hours of peace. That alone is sufficient for me to recommend this product, however the benefits do not stop there. I self-catheterise at about 9:30pm for a second time each day, which enables me to get a solid 8 hours of sleep before having to go to the bathroom - life changing again, given that prior to self-catheterising, I was having to get up 4 or 5 times per night. Just amazing.
I can’t speak highly enough of Paralogic, who turn around my orders in lightning speed, with no fuss or errors… Such a professional outfit.

Without Paralogic I would be struggling to afford all the equipment I need, they supply a product which, I believe is the same as all the major companies at a fraction of the price. I'm so glad I found them, they are so helpful. I've recently had to change to the Tremain catheter which they were more than happy to send me samples till I found the correct fit.

Thank you so much for your help, explanations, links etc, etc --- It really did help me to understand a few things with catheters & options. It's all good to get online and try to find the answers, but it doesn't always come easily or quickly. This whole area of continence and how best to manage it - to make it easy for everyone involved is such a learning experience that I had never dreamed of. The package arrived early this morning - so that was a nice surprise .... thank you for getting that off in the post yesterday & thumbs also to Australia Post for get it delivered so soon.

I'm a nurse and midwife and I work as a carer in my local community. One of my clients, Stuart has been ordering products from your competitors and having difficulty with deliveries and getting through to someone who can help with his queries. We rang your team last week at 12.30 and were instructed to fill out the NDIS registration form and wait to hear back. Stuart was running out of catheters and we were pushing to get an order despatched before your 1pm deadline. I've been impressed with Paralogic as a whole. Too many competitors have price gouged pwd for far too long so it's refreshing to see Paralogic challenge that. Paralogic are great to communicate with and they are knowledgable. I also appreciate that their product descriptions are detailed and have further links related to the product and that the image is accurate; these qualities are sadly lacking in all of the competitors that I have tried (and that is many). I am happy to recommend Paralogic to anyone who use these products or work in the health care field.

Not ordering from you regularly (I use your products for scuba diving in dry suits), but again, you excelled all expectations regarding the speed of dispatching and delivery. Not something that seems to be very common for businesses sadly. Ordered late on Monday, arrived Wednesday in Randwick.

My 90 year old father has been getting up 8+ times a night due to age related bladder and prostate issues. As you would expect this has left him very sleep deprived. While looking for a solution for Dad I found Paralogic on the web and thought I'd give the external catheter a go. After working out the right size catheter - it all functioned perfectly for Dad and he slept the whole night through for first time in years! While I am not experienced in this area of equipment and pricing - everything here appears to be reasonably priced and Paralogic are extremely professional and fast when it comes to postage. They process an order really fast and it usually gets here (Sydney) the next day. I have no hesitation in recommending them for those who need help managing incontinence issues.

Amazing service. So easy to use your website to find exactly what I need immediately. Placing the order was fast, straightforward and super easy. I called to ask about dispatch and delivery times and was assured that I would have my delivery the very next day. It was spot on. I was kept informed every step of the way about how my order was progressing. I am astounded that I ordered some items after midday on a Wednesday, had them dispatched from Sydney before 2pm that day and they were delivered in Melbourne before 8:30am the next day. I have been self administering catheters now for some years, with frequency determined upon bladder condition. Can be every day or 2-3 times a week when the body is behaving itself. I'm using Paralogic supplies and living in Gippsland Victoria, the service can't be faulted. As I'm due to go on a pension soon pricing is important which with Paralogic is great.
