Sachet ReviewBy: Chris Robertson on 6 August 2019The satchels are good in the easy to open paper type material not like other companies who have a plastic type which is hard to open so please don’t change that my only issue is that once I got a box where half the box hadsatchels in it that were flat and empty so unusable and I got s box resent and I think they could have a little more in them otherwise I’m happy. Thank you
OptiLube 2.7g Lubricating Jelly SachetsBy: Margaret Munro on 6 August 2019I have found these sachets are a bit small for their application. Would prefer them to be slightly bigger i.e. 3g. Sometimes find not enough in one sachet.
lube sachetsBy: bryson king on 29 June 2019i use the sachets because i have a hand shaking problem & they are easier for me to use than the tubes. (its like the ad on tv for the test for bowel cancer trying to do a poo on a stick it rolls off). i hope i don't offend anyone but i have to look on the bright side of life.
Optilube SachetsBy: Bill Leigh on 17 June 2019Eventually, I will probably throw the two boxes I purchased into the rubbish bin. They are too hard to open and messey to use on my catheters. I now use KY jelly, it is expensive but convenient. It!s hard enough having to self-Catheter three times a day without the fiddling about and attempting to properly and evenly lubricate the catheter, and, in the fiddling about, there are too many chances to introduce pollution and therefore infections.
Optilube jelly sachetsBy: Richard Jones on 13 June 2019good quality product

Lubricating jelly sachetsBy: Anne on 24 April 2019Hello, I find the lubricating sachets are so convenient for intermittent catheterisation and overall cleanliness. My one trouble is actually opening the sachet. The little nick on the side which is supposed to aid in opening the pack as cleanly as possible, doesn’t go deep enough to rip the top off. Scizzors or teeth become involved in the process. I don’t know if it’s a manufacturing flaw, but it is only the last 6 mths I’ve noticed the problem. I do like the product and I won’t stop using them, but I hope you can help with a solution. Kind regards Anne
I am glad you like the sachets of lubricant and I’m sorry you are having diffuclty opening the sachets at the little notch. Unfortunately in this case we are not the manufacturer of this product so we are unable to make any changes, but I will pass your feedback on up the chain. I would only suggest a small pair of scissors would be the best option in maintaining cleanliness.
OptilubeBy: Mr C on 24 April 2019I've tried most and Optilube maintains a good balance between being sticky enough (which is critical for it to stay in position for a minute in the male appliction) and sufficiently lubricative
optilube sachetsBy: Denise on 20 April 2019As a newcomer to using intermittent catheters, I like the ease of opening and using the sachets in preference to using a larger tube as well as their portability and ease of disposal. The price of use with plain catheters is also a extremely important to me.
