How much does it cost?
Postage is based on Australia Post eParcel rates and varies based on order size and your location. Most orders are shipped using the Australia Post eParcel service. Occasionally deliveries will be shipped using a courier, depending on order size, cost and the best delivery time frames available.
On each product page there is an option to Calculate Shipping. No login is required, simply enter the number of items and your postcode. The larger your order, the more cost effective shipping becomes.
Currently, orders received before 12.30pm on a weekday will be shipped on the same day where possible. Parcel delivery times can be found on the Australia Post website.
Express shipping is available for orders received before 12.30pm on a weekday. Orders received after this time may not be shipped until the next business day.
Customers residing in the Sydney metropolitan area may also request a same day courier. If your order is this urgent, please call us for a quote before placing your order, on 1300 727 222.
All orders are packed in plain boxes.
Why don't we ship for free?
Our competitors may offer "free" shipping, but of course nothing is free, the shipping cost is factored into their prices. The advantage of having clear shipping costs is that you are only paying for your delivery. The larger your order, the more cost effective shipping becomes.
We ship to Australia only. Each country has different regulations for the different products we sell, hence export is problematic at best. We also don't have international freight deals in place, so freight costs are invariably higher than people expect or are happy to pay.
