Paralogic are Moving!

We are about to make a big move, bringing our dispatch operation in-house, so we can offer you more products and services, with the same great service and affordable pricing you are used to from us. 

Warehouse Closure

  • Our warehouse is now closed and no orders will be shipped until we begin full operation from our new warehouse at Coolum, in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast on Monday 7th April
  • That means the week commencing March 31st, for five days, no orders will be dispatched.

Effects on Shipping

  • There will be no increase in shipping time when we change warehouses
  • If you live in Queensland, you may actually see an improvement in shipping times
  • Depending on where you live, you may see a slight CHANGE in shipping prices.

Product Availability

  • Please be aware that we may run low on stock of some products in the weeks leading up to the move as we begin to transfer stock
  • Rest assured, we will always have our Paralogic Catheters available and we will be back to full capacity as soon as our QLD warehouse is online.

Queensland Time

  • We have always officially operated on NSW time for our opening hours, despite most of our staff being QLD based
  • When the new warehouse opens on Monday 7th April, we will be operating on Queensland time
  • When we open in QLD and during the winter months this will make no difference to our operating hours as QLD and NSW operate on the same times zones.
